If you have owned your X3 or other UTV you have probably learned of the importance in keeping your wheel bearings in perfect operating condition. With our tool you will relieve the strain of that time consuming task.
The Can-am bearings are known to contain little grease right off the shelf, so it is advised to grease your bearings now, new or old. A simple job will go a long way towards preserving the overall mechanical condition of your investment.
With the OEM bearing tool it is required to remove the axle atleast, and in most cases the entire hub it's self, adding hours to your maintenance time. With our tool all that is required is removing your wheel, brake caliper, and spindle providing wide open acces to the bearing. Then simply slide our tool in and use your grease gun to lubricate your bearings. Our tool has many benefits.

On all makes we have a couple different ways to go about greasing your bearings:
On vehicles primarily used in water and or mud conditions in which they may spend a fair amount of time submersed and where bearings are more susceptible to outside contaminants. It is advisable to fill the wheel bearing just enough to begin to push grease out of the bearing and then stop. This allows grease to form a protective barrier around the ball bearings, cages, and the race to protect it from water and mud intrusion which is a large factor in bearing failure. On used bearings inspect grease that is expelled from the bearing for overly worn or already contaminated grease. On new bearings skip this step and stop when grease first appears around the seal.
On vehicles primarily used for fast pace riding where water is rarely seen and high speed is a normal activity, only apply 4-6 pumps of grease into the bearing, As you are not in need of a protection barrier and simply need to apply grease to the inside for lubrication and longevity purposes.
Warranty exclusively applies to workmanship and manufacturing defects upon receiving your tool.
Warranty will not be given due to misuse or negligence while using your grease tool.
Any damages during shipping are to be reported within 24 hours of receiving your tool. Damages should be reported along with photos of any related articles (boxes, envelopes, packing materials or other evidence to further support damage in transit)

CA Tech Can-Am X3 Differential Fill Adapter
Regular price $34.95 Save $-34.95Tired of having difficulties getting Differential Fluid into your X3 after draining? Don't want to waste all that expensive fluid you just bought. Here is the solution.
We have designed a simple, affordable, and effective tool for managing those difficult time losses.
Simply use the aluminum adapter, thread it into the fluid fill plug where the stock X3 plug is, attach the supplied hose, run to an easy to acces location and use your favorite funnel in the hose to fill your X3 with fluid. When your done just detach the hose from the adapter, unthread it, and reinstall the plug. It's really that easy.
The adapter is made here in the United States using 6061 T6 Grade billet aluminum. The supplied hose is 3/4" diameter vinyl tubing that resists break downs from oil and other chemicals. The 3/4" tubing provides a large enough way to get oil into the differential and not slow you down.
it is recommended to regularly check fluid levels as detailed in your owners manual.

2019 or 2020 primary outer half. (if you have the older style primary outer half that came installed on early 2018 models, all 2017 models or all 120HP models you will need to purchase and install part number 420280463 to use the X250 Drag clutch kit)
If you choose X250DRAG-NS you MUST use the KWI Springs. This option is for customers that already have the KWI Springs.

These joints have been rigorously tested, beat, and pushed well beyond what most would call normal or even heavy duty use.
These ball joints have been used in several UTV platforms running various race series and have performed very well under pressure.
Our ball joints are composed of 7 seperate parts put together to form one unit. Those parts are as follows
The most unique and proprietary part of our ball joints is the way in which we deliver grease to the stem itself. Through all 4 components which make up the inside of the ball joint their is a hole that is drilled through them allowing grease to be inserted into the flush mount grease fitting in the adjustment nut jamb bolt and pass all the way to the ball joint stem. In the stem there is a cross drilled hole that then allows grease to exit the side of the stem and grease the stem all the way around via a grease groove around the outside. Once grease is on the outside of the stem we have a unique spiral groove that when the ball joint is pivoted then carries the grease to the upper most portion of the ball joint. Ensuring that the entire stem is greased to keep wear down and even more importantly keep water and other contaminants out.
Every component in our ball joint was designed and machined in house from U.S. made 4140 chromoly. After all components have been checked they then proceed on to receive a very high quality and durable Liquid Nitride Treating. This treating is used to further harden the material and give it another layer of protection as an anti friction coating and as a case hardening treatment as well. This coating is applied by one of the countries top nitride coating facilities who's treatment prcoess has been hand picked from companies like Glock, Sig Sauer, Barret, along with countless NASCAR race teams and aerospace industry leaders. Needless to say, when we selected a coating for our joints, we wanted the best of the best.
All joints are protected by a FULL LIFETIME WARRANTY against workmanship defects AND damages including broken items. Every component is also available for purchase separately so that you can service the ball joints if you ever wear them out.
