DIRECTIONS:
1. Remove belt using oem tool or your choice of belt removal tool.
2. Clean holes used in primary clutch with compressed air or parts cleaner that the bolts will thread into.
3. Place tools on opposite sides of primary and tighten evenly back and forth until primary is compressed enough to remove the weight/weights.

When your clutches shift under acceleration the belt pulls the 2 clutches together with extreme forces bending the gearbox input shaft and crankshaft because they are only supported on one side. This bending causes clutch misalignment; belt slip; belt heat; wheel HP loss; and on high HP engines this flex will cause bolt breakage; primary clutch taper uncoupling and severe damage. The KWI RE-ENFORCER fixes all these issues by supporting the opposite side of the shafts. Works with the KWI Float Mod and OEM non-floated Can-Am X3 clutches. Made with the highest grade materials, lightweight, and ultra-strong. 7075 aluminum, Chromoly Heim joints, and ceramic bearings rated for 11000 RPM.

KWI will true up your warped sheaves, re-cut the sheave angles on both your primary and secondary clutches, set up your clutches to fully float and self-align at all RPM's, service your primary bearing, replace all wearable and damaged parts (wearable or damaged parts replacement is an additional cost) and send your clutches back ready to bolt-on and go. You can purchase our clutch kit at the same time, and we will install it for you during reassembly. 10 day in-house turnaround time.

If you already have the KWI float mod and it was done before May 2019 then there’s been great improvements since your clutches last visited us. Select this and we will:
-Re-machine your clutch and modify it to the latest KWI specs.

-Test and replace your spring if it’s lost some pressure.

All model years of 120HP version, all 2107 models and all early production 2018 Can-AM X3 models came with a primary clutch outer half design that was a thinner, all-aluminum casting and suffers from accelerated tower wear at the slider shoe contact surface, especially in higher HP units (over 120HP). This older design was also noisy. If constant maintenance is not performed to monitor the wear and replace components as necessary then you will end up with a damaged outer half and governor cup which will cost approx $700 to replace. To prevent this accelerated wear and damage we suggest you send your clutches into us to have the outer half replaced with the new design that is much more robust, has steel wear plates, will not wear like the older models and is much quieter.

2019 or 2020 primary outer half. (if you have the older style primary outer half that came installed on early 2018 models, all 2017 models or all 120HP models you will need to purchase and install part number 420280463 to use the X250 Drag clutch kit)
If you choose X250DRAG-NS you MUST use the KWI Springs. This option is for customers that already have the KWI Springs.

EVO has sourced an X3 severe duty drive belt that outlasts the factory belt by a large margin - We are seeing roughly 3x the belt life as compared to the OEM belt.
The NEW one-piece Geiser Performance clutch housing liner lines the inside of the factory clutch cover. It's purpose is simply to strengthen the cover and protect it from breaking when a belt breaks. Constructed of .080 aluminum. (This piece will be shipped 3/13).
